A commercial vegetable project should start with crop and market planning, then connect land, water, nursery, irrigation, protection and harvest handling to that production plan.
Infrastructure decisions interact. A greenhouse changes irrigation needs; a nursery changes scheduling; limited water storage can constrain the area that can be irrigated at one time.
Build the project in a sequence that allows future expansion without repeatedly replacing mainlines, access routes or water-storage infrastructure.
A feasibility discussion should identify the production objective, site constraints, investment scope and operating capacity before a detailed BOQ is prepared.
